How should an estate agent brochure be designed?
Keep a clear hierarchy — cover photograph, price and facts, description, gallery, plan, contact. Use the agency logo and colours without crowding the house. Type should remain readable when printed on A4. Design should follow the property, not a new theme for every instruction.

- The cover is for the house, not the disclaimer.
- Type that looks elegant on a large monitor often fails in print.
Estate agent brochure design fails in two directions: too generic, or too clever. Buyers want to recognise the branch and still see the house.
Hierarchy
The eye should hit the photograph, then the address, then the price. If your logo is larger than the house, the design is backwards.
Branding
A sharp logo, one accent colour and a consistent contact block are enough. Put statutory wording at the back. Classic and Contemporary carry high-street brands well.
Type
Body copy should stay dark on a light page. Pale grey on white disappears on a cheap printer and on a projector. Do not set room names in script.
Photography
Order is a design decision. A random gallery looks like a dump. Walk-through order looks like a house. Crop tightly; leave people and cars out of frames if you can.
