Create a Property Brochure from a Rightmove Listing

If you already have a listing live on Rightmove, you should not have to retype every field to produce a PDF. For supported listings, BrochurePDF can use available information as a starting point.

Can I create a brochure from a Rightmove listing?

For supported UK listings, BrochurePDF can use available property information from a Rightmove URL to speed up brochure creation. You review and edit everything before creating the PDF. BrochurePDF is not affiliated with Rightmove.

How the shortcut works

Paste a supported Rightmove property link. Where import is available, BrochurePDF pulls the listing information it can read — typically address, price, key facts and published copy — into a draft brochure. You then add or replace photographs, attach a floor plan, choose a template and download the PDF.

Not every listing can be imported. Layouts change, some pages are incomplete and some content is not available. If import fails, create the brochure manually. That is the normal fallback, not an error in your listing.

Review before you publish a PDF

Imported text is a draft. Check the price, tenure and room list against your own records. Replace portal-compressed images with the photography you actually want to print. Remove anything you are not allowed to reuse.

Independence and permission

BrochurePDF is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rightmove. The import feature is a convenience for users who already have the right to use that listing content. Do not use it to copy another agent’s material.
